Once you’ve created your event by using the Event Genius Worksheet, simply hit the button, Get My Vendors. A list of RELEVANT Vendors that actually MATCH your needs will appear in a list. So that you don’t get quotes from vendors that don’t quite match your needs, you can then select and invite the vendors to send you quotes that match you the best.
When you’re done selecting awesome vendors, simply hit “Invite to Quote”. When the vendors receive your request, they will respond with a quote. Once YOU receive the quotes back, you can manage and pay for those quotes in your Dashboard. Yes, it’s that easy!
Once you’ve received quotes back from your vendors, you can start a conversation by using the message portal. Then, when there is a love connection… you can “Accept Quote” and like magic, the vendor is booked for your event!
